Keep your organization’s records separate. Owners, managers and scanners have different permissions.

Use scoped keys, versioned API routes, idempotent writes and usage limits.

Review successful redemptions and failed checks. Export credential metadata as CSV.

Online verification only. QR credentials can be copied. They are not identity proof or a high-security physical access-control system.
